Ryan has been my realtor for all three of my realty transactions and has been outstanding throughout. He’s an extremely professional, honest, and hard working individual and was the key component of a fast and well negotiated sale of my first home during the height of the COVID 19 pandemic. From the outset of our sale Ryan was realistic about pricing and came prepared to our very first meeting with a list of comparable properties to help us understand his pricing model. Ryan utilized a bevy of resources to prepare our home for sale including staging consultants and a photographer who made our home look beautiful. We had a parade of showings from the outset, in fact, we even had one before the house was listed. Our house sold in two and a half months (one of which was the fully locked down April 2020) for 96% of list price and we bought our dream home with an extremely well negotiated contract. I would, and have, recommended Ryan to anyone I know including friends and family, he made our sale so easy and was always available to answer questions, of which I had many, and was always prepared and on time! Ryan was referred to us by our realtor, just before the COVID 19 pandemic became a thing and we got to know him personally and professionally during our search for a new home. Just to provide a background here, we were already in the era of the pandemic and we had to see the house a few times. Ryan was meticulous and detailed in his assessments and recommendations.
