I have to say having an inhouse super has been wonderful. Ashley has been amazing getting me the help I have needed with issues in my unit. Shes fast, efficient, friendly, personable and relatable and dependable. I have been at 1200 talwood court 5.5 years now and shes out beaten the last 2 supers. Things are finally getting done that we as a building community have been needing as being a handi cap person i use a mobility scooter and she has been helpful and is going to try and get us a front door ramp because of the underground and back parking lot access is not available my anxiety has been terrible with the change and she has been totally understanding! When I mentioned the laundry room over heating issue that we really need an exhaust fan its in the works!!! Finally I have asked for this a few years ago as i fainted in the summer once scared me. Ashley needs to be here she has earned her spot 110% Welcome to the 1200 Talwood fam amj Ashley 🙌😻😎👏👍🥳❤😊

I just moved in to a 1 bedroom open concept
July 19/22.
I live on the top floor. Very Clean,excellent maintenance
Totally renovated, when I moved in
New kitchen,4 new appliances new renovated bathroom.
New closet mirrored doors,
Attend to,repairs immediately.
Neighbors are good.Thoughtful.
Kind.
This is the 1st time in a Appartement since the late 70's, I really am
Enjoying my place !🙂👍
