These apartments use to be a good community and great spot in the east end. The quality has gone down since they hired a new superintendent during covid. The new superintendent is always acting erratic and very unprofessional. He can often be spotted having yelling matches with people in the parking lot late at night which is quite annoying since I am an early riser.

People living in the buildings are alright once you get to know them, Walls are thick so you dont often hear your neighbors. East end of city so theft isnt a huge issue (but i wouldnt leave anything outside at night). Its few minute walk to a few grocery stores and services. Used to be a nice place to live but now things arnt maintained as the once were, apartments are not the best. They are poorly maintained, Service of trying to get anything fixed will take over a year, the work that been done is shoddy at best. Expect things not to work, leak or fall apart. Over priced laundry machines with only a couple machines in each building which your constantly fighting to use. Guy who manages the property is constantly screaming at the tenants and acting irrate. Overall not a bad place to stay if it was managed better

Poor management they don’t respond to any issues and also please don’t choose this apartment. I just moved here. Very very poor management from 135 Cambridge place
