TLDR; Dirty and filthy place. Horrible service and staff. They won't listen to you.

Absolutely disgusting place. Moving out not even a month after we moved in. Unit 131. It was not cleaned at all when we moved in; the cupboards and shelves were sticky, floor was filthy, walls were dark with dirt. The carpets were filled with dirt- our brand new vacuum had to be emptied four times. That's just from the upstairs bedrooms rug.
The dishwasher was filled with mold, it was black with it. The fridge had mold in the vents too. They took the dishwasher out, and were supposed to get us a new fridge too but they only ‘cleaned it’ (the mold came back very quickly) and lied and said it was a new fridge. All of our food was moldy.
The stove is also filthy and the bottom drawer of it was also black with dirt, and had the previous tenants dishes still in there. They had cats as well and there was cat hair everywhere. Piss and presumably mold in the vents, that's where the awful smell is coming from. They changed the vent covers and told us it was fixed but the mold just grew back not even a week later. There's mold in the windows as well. The flooring has water damage too. They sent people to clean again but nothing was actually done. Still dirty.
My mother has made so many requests and complaints but she's been ignored time and time again. They've deleted her online requests too, or marked them as closed. But nothing has been done. Nobody has.come to our place for anything.
Her and I (I'm forty-three and fifteen) both got severely sick from the mold. Bronchitis. I have allergies as well and that hasn't helped. We both went to the ER for it. We told the client services that we are getting sick from the mold, they hadn't done anything yet. We had to get mold and air testing done ourselves.
It really is a disgusting place. Horrible service and owners. Nothing has been cleaned or fixed, I don't think it ever will be. We've only been here twenty days and we're moving out. It's awful. Our furniture and everything is starting to smell too.
The company should be ashamed of themselves. I've heard of previous tenants having these problems as well. I would not recommend anyone get a place here. There are better people and places to rent from, and for better pricing too. 2k a month for this place is atrocious.
We did not even get to see the place either before moving in. They gave us a virtual tour of the place, and it wasnt even the same unit. We would not have moved in if we had been able to see it.

I have lived at 875 Camiele sys townhomes for 5 years. When my family was having difficult times, the area manager Destinee was wonderful. Supported us and was compassionate. I would recommend renting from Broadstreet, they care.

Our experience at Camille Townhomes was atrocious. We had resided at Camille location years ago and believed that the standard may have been raised over the years. But we were wrong.
First, they requested the deposit before anything could happen with moving forward. Then they kept cancelling the viewing due to snow, sickness, etc. (not snow days). When we finally were able to take a peak, the place wasn’t near ready for move in and were scheduled to be in there within 4 business days.

The site manager was dismissive and presented in a severely in professional manner with her words and body language. We knew by the way she interacted with us that we were wasting her time. When we made requests for cleaning and paint, a kitchen sink and countertop, blind replacement, baseboard repair, door repair, and a few more items….. this “manager” believed the unit to be fine enough for us.

Like I said, completely dismissive.

I did give opportunity in a respectful and polite manner to have this resolved. I requested by email and phone. None were responded to. We had to move out of our other Broadstreet Property and had to find a place to go quick. Causing stress and undue hardship and probably laughing about it behind the scenes.

The only thing that can change these repeatative outcomes is to not rent from there. Camille Townhomes used to be okay…. But has become third world.

There is more, but I don’t enjoy putting negativity out there. Just thought others should know.

The townhomes are decent, a little bit dated but still decent. Rent could be a little lower as we’ve just received an increase but nothing has been done to improve upon the places. In our experience, issues have been attended to promptly. Our maintenance guy, Tyler, is very helpful and personable. Our main contact, Alvin, is also very personable and prompt.
