The power of advertising!
This company relies on flooding the airwaves of radio to promote their 'skills.' This is a falsehood. When our family required an updated appraisal, three - four years after the previous one, the lazy louts at Campbell & Pound skipped revisiting the property and simply randomly decided a marginal uptick in their valuation.
There are many other, better Appraisers and Advisors to employ for an actual, insightful appraisal.
Deserves -1 stars. Do. Not. Waste. Your Money. with this incompetent company.

Thank you for the form letter reply. Really helps to confirm my point. It is also apparent that no one at the company actually read my review. I was not complaining about the evaluation, but at the fact that it was obvious that the Appraiser did not DO THEIR JOB! That was my complaint.
If I could rate the reply, it too would get the lowest possible of 1 star.
