Je vous déconseille vivement de traiter avec leur équipe qui a un remplacement du personnel élevé. Cette compagnie ne devrait pas exercer. Ne leurs faites surtout pas confiance par expérience

Do not trust your home with this company. They broke numerous contract agreements including maintaining the property in a clean and rentable state, left it vacant, uncleaned and un-showable for four months (see photos). Charged for maintenance items that were not completed, left maintenance bills accruing for ten months and then charged all at the end of the year after allowing two separate tenants to leave without notice. Both of whom were there for less than three months. They failed to find a contractor to fully fix water damage in time causing further damage. And when I found a new property manager (who cleaned and filled the units within the week) they refused to return damage deposits and refund fees due to mismanagement. Save yourself the headache and work with a different company.

I wish I could give CHFR zero stars. They are an extremely untrustworthy rental company. If you want to lose your peace of mind, your bond, live in a poorly maintained house, go ahead and rent from them.

The property I stayed in had holes in the walls, pest infestations, and absolutely no maintenance. It took them over 6 months just to even look into the pest problem, despite constant complaints. And when they finally responded, their “solution” was to set local mouse traps inside the house, putting my children’s health and safety at risk.

The property manager was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Communication was a nightmare, and nothing was ever properly resolved.

Worst of all? I noticed they never submitted my bond to the proper authorities after I moved out. This is completly unacceptable, shows a complete lack of integrity and breach of trust.

CHFR should not be in the business of managing properties. If you value your peace of mind and your money, stay far away.

Zero stars

I was14 years in my unit, instead of 6 months notice. They were dirty and ended their end of my housing contract. Without telling me. That only required 2 months notice. I found out after the housing ended. (Housing also faile dro inform me)
They locked me out within 13 days of me starting to move. The mess that was left behind, was because I couldn't get back in to clean it.

Horrible property management company, I can't even tell you how terrible. It's one thing to cater to the landlords but it's a totally different ordeal when you know that the landlord is allowing for horrible living conditions in the buildings you are managing. Morals it all comes down to having decent morals, clearly something CHFR doesn't have

Absolutely the worst company to deal with and rent from. Do yourself a favour and avoid at all cost. We helped a friend who was planning on moving here find and rent an apartment through Canada homes for rent. For 9 months rent was paid with no one living in the apartment. So no mess, let along any damage. When he finally arrived we went to the apartment and there was a note saying we had to immediately vacate and move out! Friend was so freaked out, we did as the notice said. They then refused to give us back the damage deposit… come to find out from service NB they never even submitted it. Someone took and used that damage deposit. Very shady company.
