The staff are very friendly. It would be nice if they would deliver, or at least attempt, packages to our doors instead of the community mailboxes. However, its not that huge of a deal since our regular mail is there anyway (for upper Lively folks).

Always quick to ship my packages, so cannot complain too much.

Delivery from this branch is absolutely horrendous. I order packages fairly consistently and when I read the tracking it has said on multiple occasions that there was a notification left at my door. However, every time has been a lie. Never , ever has there been a slip at my door saying they tried to deliver. There are 4 dogs at the residence I reside at and there is literally no way someone is knocking on our door and the dogs don’t hear it. Packages are consistently late even if I’m ordering from Amazon and have 2 day shipping. I come from a town with more people that is further away and their postal service is heaps better than here in Lively. From what I’ve been told by the people in town is that the delivery people for the post office will just scan the parcels as if they tried to deliver them but in reality never made any attempt to deliver whatsoever. Get your act together or don’t wonder why no one supports you next time your on strike.

They don't deliver parcel to door they just leave a notice in the community mail box. This has happened multiple times. You pay for shipping to your door. If you like getting ripped off ship with Canada Post. If you like to be disappointed ship with Canada Post.

Never had so much mail inexplicably lost (or guaranteed late at least) since I started using this post office. staff is polite but obviously incompetent to some degree.

Edit: Some of the older staff are quite rude and disrespectful.

Why is the only place to drop mail is at the post office on the other side of town there was one in front of the independent but now it's gone so now I have to walk a hour and half there n back to send out my xmas gift cards to my family I can't walk as it is on ODSP very upset

Most of the staff is friendly, to the exception of one older rude and obnoxious "lady"... mail gets lost occasionally but unfortionatly living in lively I have to deal with this place for my mail
