I was looking for a set of wheels for a long time, and I went on line and found Canmore Jeep, I'm sure glad I did. What a job the sales staff and the finance dept did. I had some credit issues and they worked with those issues today I'm driving a 2024 Jeep Compass and love it. They even had to drive 7 hrs. to drop it off and even the drivers were so friendly. As a former auto industry employee, trust me i know good dealerships and dealerships you should run as fast as you can away from. But this is not one of them, thanks to the gang at Canmore Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. All stars from this guy

Great Customer Service. They went above and beyond. This is my 3rd vehicle from them. Cannot recommend them enough. They even delivered the truck at my door step, washed and cleaned!

I have been bringing my Jeep to Canmore Chrysler for servicing and repairs for a number of years now. Without exception I have had excellent service from all the staff there.
Recently I needed them to carry out several repairs to my car. The service was outstanding. In particular Service Manager Yvonne went above and beyond expectation to ensure my vehicle was back on the road within the shortest time. She kept me updated on progress in a professional and extremely friendly way. She explained exactly the work that was being carried out and ensured I was happy with every step.

Mark (Inventory Manager) took time out to run me to and from the dealership to pick up my car when the work was completed. A professional and very nice guy.

Kevin (Service Advisor) helped manage timings and paperwork and Jackie on reception helped me with sorting out payment.

All in all a great experience. I will continue to give them my business.

Unfortunately, the driver's door on my Dodge suddenly wouldn't open. No problem for the Dodge crew! The door was repaired super quickly and I was back on the road after just two hours of waiting! Thanks to the great team, it was relaxed but still professional. While you were waiting, you could even get tea or coffee. 🙂

I wouldn't recommend this dealership basesd on my recent sales experience with them. The sales experience was okay but the post sales experience was horrible. This dealership clearly doesn't care about the post sale customer experience. They're happy once they have your money! They promised us that the car we purchased would have the winter tires on it, the summer tires would be loaded in the vehicle and the car filled with gas. This was a condition of sale. It was an absolute shit show picking the car up. They had to locate the car which took quite some time, then they didn't know where the tires were and it wasn't filled with gas. 0/3 things were fulfilled based on what they committed to. The customer experience was good at best until they had our hard earned money. After that, it was terrible!! I'd think twice about supporting this dealership based on my recent experience. It seems like they'll happily take your money but when it comes to the post sale customer experience they don't give a flying you know what about their customers. This isn't a business I would support IMO.

I had a great experience buying a brand new 2023 Ram Rebel from Canmore Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I checked out their website, saw a good deal being marketed on a trim I loved, and drove the short drive from Calgary to Canmore. Joseph was awesome to deal with and will hook you up. I highly recommend you work with him to purchase your next vehicle. All in all, everyone was really helpful, fair, reasonable, and knowledgeable. I’m absolutely loving the new Ram Rebel. I was visiting the area over the long weekend and ended up getting a nail in my tire. Nothing was open, come Tuesday my original plan fell through and other places were not able to help me. Brent was able to order the tire I needed the same day and have it installed. Amazing customer service, friendly & helpful staff. If I ever have car trouble in Canmore again I know who I will call!
