New Condo Building – Move-in Started June 2025.
I've been renting a unit here since the end of June 2025.

**Pros**
- Brand New Construction: The building is newly constructed and has never been lived in. It features modern, new and energy-efficient appliances.
- Free Fibre Internet: Residents benefit from a building-wide contract with Rogers, offering free gigabit fibre internet and discounted TV plans.
- Smart Access System: Building is integrated with the 1Valet app which offers keyless entry, digital keys via smartphone, remote door unlocking of all building entries (including unit doors), guest access, facial recognition entry, and smart number locks on unit doors.
- 24/7 Concierge: Round-the-clock concierge service adds convenience and security.
- Utilities Included: Water, heating, and air conditioning are included in the rent. The smart thermostat can be controlled remotely via a mobile app. Electricity not included but having new wiring and new appliances might reduce the electricity consumption.

**Cons** (for Tenants)
- Amenities Not Yet Available: Although included in the rent, building amenities are still under construction with no estimated completion date. It may take a year or more before they are ready.
- Unfinished Common Areas: The common hallways and elevator interiors are not yet carpeted/completed, and there is no timeline for when this will be done.
- Nearby Construction Noise: Ongoing construction in the surrounding area may cause daytime noise, though it has not been disruptive in my unit so far.
- Elevator Availability: With multiple move-ins concentrated at the end and beginning of each month, elevator wait times can be longer during these periods.
- Limited Elevator Access (6th Floor and Above): Not all elevators are operational at the moment for higher floors, possibly due to low occupancy levels, construction and service elevator bookings. These may be activated as more units are occupied.

These condos have not even been built yet and already have 5 star reviews? The real estate agents are leaving positive reviews for nothing, also the management keeps sending their ads to our building, the condo market is a ghost town and they are having trouble selling them, the investors don't want to drop the prices because they want to profit and the buyers are not buying because the prices are high and the economy is terrible.
