We built our house with Cantiro (formerly Dolce Vita) over 5 years ago. From design to construction to out-of-warranty service, it has been truly exceptional for our family. Cantiro's Client Care Manager (Evan Luke) is attentive, caring and responsive. Throughout our building lifecycle, Evan and team accepted any and all of our concerns (big, small, and multiple) and resolved promptly.

During the sale of our current house, a house inspection identified a defect. Cantiro's team had no reservation to assist with their professional contractors to resolve our otherwise out-of-warranty issue. Cantiro covered all expenses and issued a formal report with ample photos certifying the completion of repairs.

We recently decided to sell our originally built house (to accommodate our growing family) and we were fortunate to find another formerly built Cantiro product in our neighborhood to move into.

We are deeply grateful to Evan and team, and are comforted knowing that we have a strong builder relationship heading into our next house!

My wife and I built through San Rufo Homes and they were excellent through the building and warranty process. Cantiro is supposed to be building our fence in our back yard. Three summers later and the fence is still not complete. They came in the middle of may and set “most” of the fence post. Here we are almost at the end of June and the fence is still not near being completed. My wife has contacted Cantiro on multiple occasions and received attitude from them. Myself and neighbours have contacted Cantiro on multiple occasions and all we get is excuses. I highly recommend not dealing with Cantiro.

Driveway still crumbling away. I purchased a show home and I’ve lived here since August 12, 2020 and had my driveway and steps professionally sealed about 2 months after I moved in. Cantiro (previously Dolce Vita). NHW will likely not cover cost to fix. Other home owners in area are experiencing the same issue.
