I am extremely happy living in Canyon Pointe Apartment complex. The management team is incredibly responsive, and I love that their office is located right in the building. If I ever need assistance, they are always nearby and even available on weekends, which is a huge advantage.

I am also very satisfied with the neighborhood—my neighbors are kind and friendly, which creates a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Another aspect that truly impresses me is the excellent level of security, both for the complex as a whole and for each building individually.

The cleanliness of the common areas is outstanding. The company does an excellent job of maintaining the interiors of the buildings and hallways, which I really appreciate. Additionally, the walls between apartments are well-insulated, providing great soundproofing—I never hear my neighbors, which adds to the overall comfort of living here.

One of my favorite features is the designated parking spaces for each resident. This was not available in my previous complex, so I really value it here. Plus, there are charging stations for every car, which is especially useful in the cold winter months.

I also love the neat and well-maintained renovations in the buildings. While the buildings themselves are not brand new, the company puts a lot of effort into ensuring the best possible living conditions. My personal balcony with a nice street view is another great perk, and I appreciate being able to control the temperature inside my apartment—staying warm in winter and cool in summer.

When I moved in, I was pleasantly surprised to find brand-new kitchen appliances, which was a huge plus. The shared laundry rooms are always kept clean, well-lit, and fresh-smelling, making them a comfortable space to use.

If any issues arise in my apartment, I can easily contact the management team, and they respond quickly, either resolving the issue immediately or arranging for a professional to come and fix it. This level of service is truly impressive, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience here.

As first time apartment tenants in a new community, we are very blessed to have the best team led/handled by Manager Tess who’s so kind, helpful and supportive to us. Despite her hectic sched, she would always find a way to reach out and assist us in the maximum way she could. From the very beginning, Oksana was very patient and understanding to all our enquiries in their reception. Included in their dynamic team are Karla and Remy who are very approachable and helpful as well. That’s why we enjoy staying in a well-maintained, peaceful and very clean apartment each day. Thumbs up for all of you guys and surely we’ll recommend you to everyone because the rooms are spacious, the hallways are clean, the staff are super friendly and the apartment is very safe with lots of entrance and beautiful view outside the balcony👍😘🩷

You better lick the floor before leaving. I took over someone's lease when the management was all over me when they wanna sell and lie about alot of stuff..so they asked me for full security deposit of $400 for taking over the lease for 4 months saying they will give me back if the place is clean and some lie witch I didn't get back..I added pics wer they charged me for alot of stuff that was clean not perfect the lady that work there don't know how to talk to the residents and have big ego maybe that's what happened when you promote cleaner to manager cuz she use to clean when I stayed here in 2020 to 2022..what I don't get is if someone stayed at this apartment for 8 months and I stayed for only 4 how can I pay for the things that he did I'm cleaning up after him and the management can't even explain that's the 2nd and last time I'm paying for there mistake and in the end they made me sign saying I agree but I don't...and the last and important point the review on google are fake they paying money to put nice review witch is casting people money.. in 2020 I was paying $880 for 2bed but now they asking for $1400 for same apartment shame never staying here again and gonna ask my 2 friend to move out and when they do watch they will show there real face not fake review very disappointing

The admin people for Boardwalk Canyon Pointe are the best. Before coming to Canada, I have searched and spoke to different people in the area for an accommodation. However, Ma'am Liz and Ma'am Tess has so far exceeded beyond my expectation. Not only were they very helpful, they ensure that we are well informed and cared enough to check if we have everything we need. They have been promptly responding to all of my queries and without any miss, I always get an answer immediately.

They are your definition of Customer Service with a Heart.
They certainly drive the type of culture we have in here which is very obvious. People lives harmoniously and very happy with their stay.
