Where do I even begin - Carissa has been there throughout our home buying journey. From the first meeting when we still didn't know what to find in a house to the day we got our keys to our first home. Each step she was there to help and guide us and we feel very taken care of.

She is very professional and communicating with her is always easy. Since we are first time home buyers, she's always encouraged us to let us know what we want in our home. We never felt pressured to go with something we didn't like or rushed to make a decision. At times we felt overwhelmed when we were looking at the houses because we'll see something we liked in one house and then find another one in a different house.
