Stu and Carlo went above and beyond! I have been a realtor in Alberta for 30 yrs and did not transfer my license to BC when I moved to Kelowna. Slightly anxious about trusting the sale of my home with another realtor I knew it was the best thing to do and these two guys more than exceeded my expectations. They took care of everything including things outside their job description that most realtors would never do. In a quiet market where not much was selling we sold fairly quickly and had the privilege of receiving 2 offers thus gaining us maximum dollar and excellent conditions. Stu and Carlo have a willingness to work hard and do whatever is needed to get the job done. I would definitely use them again.
