Ok Peeps! You need a car? Don’t shop anywhere else! Seriously! These guys are the real deal!

We drove from Renfrew to Carleton Place on Thursday to meet Trevor.
He is the most down to earth guy!
Right off the bat, I was at ease. He didn’t come across as sales-y at all! Love that! Very refreshing!
We test drove 3 different vehicles before Trevor found exactly what we were looking for. The cool thing was that it ended up being at the Kingston location and he had it sent over.
They busted their butts to have it detailed, safetied and licensed asap.
Trevor went above and beyond.
His customer service was impeccable and they are lucky to have him there.

Professional, sincere, honest, genuine and accommodating are just a handful of words that I could use to describe our experience at CarLoft. I literally won’t buy a vehicle from anywhere else going forward.

First thing, just a brief story. Mar 3rd, I assisted my mother for her eye surgery. On this very day, I was just thinking about how my mom has a vehicle but instead of using that vehicle she’s asked to have a friend drive us to her surgery appointment . Long story short it made me think about how I should have a vehicle. Living in Ottawa it has been a struggle to visit my mom more often in Toronto so out of the blue I decided to google cars for bad credits. I was given a website that I just decided to fill and when I clicked submit, less than an hour later, I get a call. I was assisted by Evan M. and let me tell you a few great things that he made possible for me. Im a young adult with debts due to careless spending during my younger days. Im still working on my spending habits but enough about me. Evan, who I was thankfully and gratefully given as a finance manager, hooked me up with a car I never thought I could get! This guy was able to get back to me so quickly and it took only 3 days for me to get my car! Im still shocked and I'm forever grateful! A vehicle for me is gonna help me so much in life you don’t even know how much! Transit system sucks in Ottawa, sorry just had to throw that there. But if you guys need a guy you can count on, please, ask for Evan! This guy really made my week! Absolutely amazing experience!

I just bought my first “new to me” car and had an amazing experience with Adam, he explained the entire process to me very thoroughly and was happy to answer all of the silly questions I had. I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process and got an interest rate that was better than I could’ve imagined I would get at such a young age. I can not recommend carloft and especially Adam enough to anybody looking to get into a new vehicle!!!

Have to do 2 stars. To get noticed
Great place to buy but anything after that not much help. Bought a truck, truck is great went to use parking brake about 4 months after purchasing.
Threw a code finally got it to a shop there is no parking brake motor on driver's side.
So have called 2 times to get resolved (all blots are there and wires were unplugged). So wasn't ripped off. No one has called back or passed me to someone that can help.
Either the mechanic that did the certification forgot to put it back on. Or some thing else.....
All I am asking for is $200 to buy the part.
