Privacy issues is the most concern over here. Sometimes homeless people enter the building and yelling loudly or knock the door at midnight.Nobody cares and no security as well. But no others Option available to avoid this place

Not so nice customer service. On the 5th of June 2024 by 1:49 pm, I called to report a leaking roof in one of the buildings. It was not my apartment but I felt obligated to inform management of the issue before it got worse. The male who answered the call kept asking me questions I had answered and when I felt it was no longer appropriate, I asked him how many times I would have to give the same information. He cut the call and when I called back he did not say anything and then cut the call. This has taught me to mind my business and turn a blind eye. I will be changing my review to a one-star for the time being.

Lived here for six years, any repair needed has been promptly done. The grounds are a well maintained park. Great staff, maintenance and at the office.

Well managed, they go above and beyond to address tenant's needs.

Not a very good place. Just perfect for new people settling in. Unhealthy environment (especially for children), poor management, poor maintenance. Once you move in and sign the lease, they do not care anymore.

The fire arm keeps going on and no one show up for to stop it plus that lady is being a Karen to us and now she kicking us out of this apartment c house 39 it unfair this apartment need to be reported and the workers didn’t even work that much ughh

Currently residing at Carlton Park. Not enjoying it whatsoever. I've lived in multiple places in Prince Albert and it's by far the worst. It's never maintained, the doors are always open, buzzers don't work, cops are there pretty frequently, and I kid you not the fire alarm gets pulled AT LEAST once a week. I don't recommend it.

I live 18 months in here the worse place I lived finally I'm leaving I don't recommended this place they don't clean only a couple times in summer i complained about ice cream stuck in a window in a stair in winter well they came clean it when someone was coming to see the place 2 months later I realized they only clean when someone is coming see a place I had fruit fly's coming in my apartment I couldn't leave any food on my counter phone them 3 times about it , the mail boxes always gets broking in too , the police is always here nearly ever sleep at night impossible to leave your windows open the security doors are always broken and for 18 months they said the buzzers will get fixed never happen my kids hate it here , the secretary at the office is really rude my tenants think the same way also the fire alarm gets pull a lot always in the middle of the night now when it rings no one bother moving the garbage all over outside and they keep put it up my rent every 6 months now it switched to 8 months depend of your lease also they shampoo the carpets when I moved in, well what a bad job me and my friend shampoo the carpets for 7 hours it was horrible the pee smell on and on I have disgusting pictures to prove it in case they want to charge me on my way out really crooked management worse place ever
