As newcomers to Canada, we were welcomed to Carlton Park Gardens Apartments together with our 2 dogs. The building manager, Gordana has been extremely helpful with her super fast responses to our needs and requests, as well as super helpful guidance and advices.
The buildings are surrounded with beautiful nature and parks, it is very calm and relaxing and with the pool infront of our building it feels like we are on vacation 🥰🥰🥰

Management is great and every issue is fixed immediately. Gordana is super helpful and so polite. This complex is also placed in a beautiful area surrounded by green areas and parks that are perfect for kids! There are multiple schools, parks, and a pool near which is so convenient. Would 100% suggest living here. Thank you to our management for making this place so great.😁

Lived here for one year, very nice apartments, clean building, quiet and safe family neighborhood and management is on top of things all the time. I had few things that needed a repair in the apartment and it was dealt with immediately and efficiently. Also, the usual maintenance in the hallways and the building is done right away. The fitness room and the pool are kept clean all the time. Gordana the manager is extremely helpful, very nice and always available. I would highly recommend the apartment complex for families with kids, plus the school is at 5 min walking distance.

I have lived here at Carlton Park Garden Apartments for over three years and I would like to finally leave a review. Gordana and the rest of the management staff have been absolutely amazing to me while my time living here. Gordana is always kind, very welcoming and always willing to help me with anything. The office staff is really helpful and kind, especially Jessica. They are very good and understanding if you have pets in your family, even big dogs. It's one of the few places, if any, you'll find that allows big dogs in the Richmond area. We rarely had any problems with the functionality of our apartment or appliances, and if we did, it was taken care of right away. The neighbourhood is beautiful with lots of trees and shrubs, pretty much everyone in our building/neighbours were really great and kind people. Would highly recommend this place 🙂
