Caroline GOT ME INTO MY FIRST HOUSE!!! As a first time home buyer I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Caroline. Before meeting Caroline I had been searching for a way to get into the market for 4+ years. As many first time home buyers I was starting to get discouraged as the market seemed to keep out pacing my ability to save no matter how frugal I was or how many extra hours I picked up at work... Little did I know my home searching luck was about to change. As soon as we sat down during our first meeting to discuss my budget and my list of hopes/dreams for my first house I felt like a priority. Shortly after our first meeting she immediately started sending me properties that fit not only my budget but also had most of my wants as well. As we started to look at properties she was able to accommodate my busy work schedule and was quick to keep me updated with any news. Once we Found a property that checked all my boxes Caroline went to work and handled the negotiation of my home with class. She managed to not only get me the house but also got it for me under my budget!! After my offer was accepted Caroline continued to look our for my best interest as she helped me find a great home inspector. following my home inspection she was even able to help me find designated and reputable trades people to double check a couple potential trouble areas that the home inspector found. Thanks to Caroline I was able to proceed with Confidence and purchased my home.
