As a first time home seller Cary was a fantastic help getting the home on the market. Him and his team of stagers and photographers got our home on and off the market in one day! We are a military family as was listed as a Third Party Service Provider. He was always accessible by phone and was able to answer all of our questions. Only reason for not putting five stars was due to his low sale price suggestion which we didn't end up listing for the suggested price. We got an appraisal done and his sale prices suggestion and the appraisal was about $20K difference.
