AVOID AT ALL COST RODENT INFESTATION Absolutely deplorable conditions at first it was silverfish then it was massive moth over run now the rats and mice have take over the building. Any managers that are hired and loved that try and tackle the problem are quickly dismissed as tenants complain threat letters of eviction are sent out. It has finally come down to delta bylaw intervention as many elderly suffer here under 3rd world conditions. If you want to live here bring a hasmat suit and 3 lawyers for every critter and junkie/ drug dealer you will be living beside. This is truly worse than century village and that is a hard one to top. The building is far below code when it comes to constant problems NEVER addressed. You are on your own. Kiss all your belongings goodbye. Truly shameful place in Canada to live. Be aware of new management they are as bad as the vermin they refuse to deal with. Over 1 month now rodent droppings in food beds closest every room over run. Bylaw said they have 3 days to comply, management (dave macgyver) brings a 18 year old in calls him pest control puts 3 mouse traps in the suit refuses to fix entry holes and with a smile only a goblin could give says Goodluck. Filthy disgusting.

I LOVE living here, management is on it, very organized and super friendly. I honestly did not want to move from here , but I had to due to my new job being in Vancouver. I lived here a little over one year , big juicy balcony, covered parking available, nice super hot water with excellent water pressure. Free heat and hot water, you can't go wrong. My experience here has been excellent, its quiet, people are friendly and Tsawwassen is just such an amazing place to live if you like a nice relaxed pace of life. Vancouver truly sucks, if I didn't work there, there is no way I would move from my nice sized clean and cozy apartment is gorgeous non chaotic Tsawwassen. NO BED BUGS NO ROACHES, NO DRAMA! Casa Del Sol is a hidden gem just off the main "drag" near the golf course .....man I love it here......a really nice sized one bedroom......Tsawwassen , you will be missed so much.

Nothing but good things to say about this place! We lived there in 2014 / 2015 and never had any issues. The location is very good, within walking distance to the beach and a number of cafes and restaurants with good bus service to Richmond and connections to Surrey and Vancouver. The landlord (Onno) and his spouse were always friendly and helpful. Yes, Onno can come across a bit gruff sometimes, but just get to know him.

Attempted to sort a deal out with Landlord known as Otto, extremely poor people skills. Refused to give many details, or more pictures, etc. I wanted to speak to the property owner (not the building manager) and he refused to give any information. I found out they are owned by Domus Management (475 W Georgia St, Vancouver, BC) - Check out the reviews of them for tenants experiences.
