Nice parking garage, dimly lit with 3 levels of free parking. Easy access entrance to the mall. Suitable for those in a wheelchair. Nice and spacious hallways.

There’s 1 elevator that takes you up and down the levels. Air conditioned and heated hallways makes the transition into the mall a comfortable one.

I noticed a vacuum cleaner in the corner, not sure if this is useable or not.

Cascade Parkade in Banff is easily one of the most frustrating parking experiences I’ve had. The spaces are ridiculously tight good luck getting in or out without worrying about scraping something. The payment machine is a whole other nightmare; it barely works, and you have to get out of your vehicle just to make it function, which totally defeats the purpose of a convenient parkade. On top of that, there are huge blind spots all over the place, making it feel more like a maze than a parking lot. To make it worse, some drivers seem to treat it like a racetrack, speeding through the levels with zero caution. Honestly, it’s more stress than it’s worth.

6 ft maximum clearance. Good luck finding anywhere else to park in town if you're "overheight"

It’s a maze not parking lot. The entrance to street level closes at 6pm on Sundays, so it’s hard to exit the parking lot. The payment machine is also another nightmare that took forever to process the payment.

The parking lot is not good for handicapped, as the door to exit in to the mall is hard to open if you are. Level P3 Door needs an automatic door opener. Parking ticket dispenser does not dispense tickets easily. I needed to call support to get it dispensed.
