MI had a flex loan and paid it off, the amount they were taking out of my account still came out. Now am trying to get in touch with someone however they are too busy to take my call so I need to wait til they figure whatever out which I think is not very cool but I'll update and see what the outcome is... very inconvenient for them to take the payment out when I paid the remaining balance bet I won't get my money back right away
UPDATE Spoke to someone and things will be readjusted and payment sent bk to me in 5 business days lol

Ella was very helpful and informative. I appreciate all of her help and explaining things to me. I had originally went to Bonnyville, but found out I was paying them extra fees when I didn’t have to. Thankfully I went to Cold Lake, where Ella made sure I was set up properly.

I just went there yesterday for the first but the staff on duty doesn’t know what is customer service all about… She’s the most unpleasant staff I ever met!!! Won’t even smile… I went there to send money but she want me to do it online!!! If I like do it online, I won’t be there in the first place!!! Better check if she still like her job!!! What a pathetic staff!!!

Staff in coldlake branch and very unpleasant to deal with talk down to you when you don’t understand. Heaven forbid u ask a question you don’t understand. The compass a whole is great but the staff are rude and unprofessional in coldlake store
