I have been working with Catherine as my real estate agent since 2015 or 2014. We bought 2 properties through her and sold one. My needs were both personal and also business motivated as a real estate investor. An other investor friend introduced us. We have done spectacularly well partly because of the market and a good chunk because of good advice. Catherine has very good knowledge of her market. She knows how to price well and knows how to get an offer in that will produce results. She has her finger on the pulse.
I buy real estate in many geographical areas. Whistler is by far the most complex one. There are covenants and restrictions set out by the municipality and strata associations. It is important to have an agent that is well aware of these rules, their changes or potential changes coming down in the future. Catherine also knows a lot about the quality of the build and sound proofing, potential noose issues and more...if you want to have a place that meets your needs Catherine is you realtor, she has guided us very well through this process. I highly recommend her service.
She is also a lot of fun to deal with as a person.
