CC car rentals is the best place to rent if you need a vehicle with multiple seatings. The new management was very helpful and accommodating. I came across some inconveniences but, they worked around the problem and made my kids happy. My kids thought we were not going to be able to take the trip. The New management was a great help. Best truck/cargo van rental!
What takes 30 minutes at Ryder or a 20 minute wait at Public Service takes 4 minutes at CC Rental. Compared to CC Rental Ryder is like the USPS and compared to CC Rental Public Service is like a slow mowing museum.
CC Rental is open 24 hours.
The rates are affordable
The cars are not banged up like at Ryders and the breaks work.
The amount of paperwork is lkmited.
Friendly staff!

I love Courier. I’ve been renting from them for fifteen years for my small business and the vehicles and customer service have always been great. This morning I had a small issue with my last bill and I called up and they resolved it immediately. A bright spot in NYC vehicle rental.

No frills rental service. Love them. Their rates are decent and they don’t charge you a gazillion fees. The only reason they don’t get 5 stars is because one time I went in for a car, and they didn’t have any left, so they gave me a minivan, and that would of been fine, but it was BUSTED looking. But it got me from point a to point b and that’s what was important.

They are very polite and friendly. Great service. Good people.

I rented a cargo van from Courier at the LIC location last week for a long drive upstate to pick up some furniture. It was my first time renting with them, and I could not have been happier with my experience!

The van was clean and well maintained. Pickup and return was lighting fast and super easy, and being that they’re open 24/7, I didn’t have to worry about rushing back before closing. On-site and phone staff were both very friendly and helpful. The 100 miles included for the day and super fair price for extra miles was perfect since I had a long drive. No fuss and saved me the time, money and headache that I usually have renting from the “other big guys!”

Will DEFINITELY rent from again!!
