The new building at 270 rookwood ave , the parking garage is somehow full of mold and water and it’s really bad . New building over 2000$ a month in rent and it’s half built and moldy. A lot of my things for wrecked because the storage is in the parking garage. How is this legal or ok?

Dealt with Laura, who was terribly unprofessional, unhelpful and passive aggressive. I was to sign a lease, and when I was having trouble accessing the link, I reached out and received no response until she finally got back to me saying they’d decided to move on to the next tenant. She was unreliable and offered no helpful information about the leasing process, I was shown multiple apartments that weren’t even available to lease, when I asked why, she did not offer more information. DO NOT waste your time dealing with these unhelpful unreliable people

Lived there for about a year, was all fine and dandy until we tried to move out. They refused to help us sell our place to get out of our lease and then tried to scam us by getting our next month's rent and our damage deposit and get a new tenant in so they get 3 payments in one month for one appartment. The ladies in the office are braindead anytime you ask a question regarding the apartment they tell you to call the rentalmens office which makes no sense because the questions are for the landlord. Had one girl make my girlfriend cry because of how unhelpful and rude they were. The only lady who was nice was the maintenance lady who was kind everytime. End of the story is if you're getting an apartment go with someone else. Also the building was full of ants, pest control came in but spraying one apartment does nothing when ants are through the entire building. This apartment I'm regarding is 240 Parkside dr. Hope to see this office and company shut down one day.

Responsive team, Laura was lovely to work with when first meeting and remains prompt for answers on emails and texts. When in need of non emergency maintenance, usually a 2 to 3 day turn around which is great. So far a great experience.

Good location downtown. no guest parking so we can't have visitors unless they park about a block or more away, then walk to our apartment. We tried to have a visit during the day when the parking lot was empty. We got a call 5 minutes into the visit when we got a call for our visitors to move their car or have it towed.

Been here for 2 years and I've been dealing with the same impossible to fix leak since we've moved in. The apartment is also very expensive to heat as the old windows are leaky and haven't been restored.

Had tenants dripping garbage juice from their back room area directly onto my items and floor.

It permanently smells of sour rotted eggs and I was never offered any help to clean or rectify the smell.

Needed some help getting a large mirror put up in my apartment and Cedar Valley sent over a maintenance worker to do the job. The worker’s service was kind, professional, and quick. I was pleased with his work and grateful for the help.

This compancy is the worst rental agent I meet. Even if you meet all the conditions and submit your application in accordance with their procedures, they will still reject you for no reason. This is just because they discriminate against non-Canadians and they are very irresponsible. Also, they are liar. They even not deserve a star rating.
