I recently moved to a row home at Cedarbrook in Chilliwack BC. I would like to comment on the extraordinary people who helped me during and after my move. Lindsey, Tom and Taylor from customer care met and exceeded my expectations before, during and after the purchase of my new home. The home itself is airy, bright and beautiful. And all three of them went above and beyond to ensure I was and will be able to enjoy my new home. They are consummate professionals and kind humans. Thank you so much.

The people seem nice enough but the infrastructure is just so terrible. The roads are constantly being re-tarred and it really slows down traffic. The constructions been going like 2 years and the roads are still not very good. Also there's never parking when I go there?

Super happy to be part of the community. We bought our house this year and have had nothing but great support from the developer. We were new to chilliwack and made grest friends immediately. Looking forward to seeing this community grow. (Can't wait for the dog park)

Edit: Don’t be sorry about the termination of my employment, I’m not mad that you had to let me and 75% of your staff go due to the slowed market. As a small business owner and believer of true quality, having your employees flood your pages with good reviews seems like a very scummy thing to do. And as a resident of Cedarbrook myself, I can vouch for the poor quality and terrible treatment of residents that are not homeowners. Very funny coming from a company that’s resorted to renting out its unsold houses.

If you want 5-star reviews, earn them. Anyone can find out your employees are leaving positive reviews, their names are on your team page. You smell like beef and cheese.

Edit: this has to do with quality of homes, upkeep of roads. Nothing to do with attempting to invalidate someone because they rent in a unjustifiable economy.

You spend 1.something million on a home, your roof shouldn’t crack. Your garage should have insulation and a vapor barrier. Walls should be straight. You should have all cabinet doors, counters that aren’t pulling out of walls… right… right?! 240v power should not weld itself together under ground. I cannot give 0 stars, unfortunate. If you’re paying into strata streets should be plowed. House shouldn’t violently shake with the dryer on. Backyards lowest point SHOULD be the drain, as that makes sense… right? Nice LOOKING neighborhood from the street. If you look for more than a second you’ll end up shaking your head. Go read Westbow reviews, not good. Quite Bad in fact.
