I have recently moved to this apartment and we are quite new to PA and so far this apartment is pretty good! It’s sturdy, spacious and Mr.Vinith shah helped us a lot in many ways .

Cedarcrest Apartment building is poorly maintained. This property is fully ignored by Weidner management. Only excuse property manager will give you is "Due to COVID we can't do it or any random excuse to delay work for months". These are few everyday problems in this property:-

1) Top floor washer is not working for months. (Only single washer and dryer on top floor so if washer is not working you have to take your heavy laundry load to basement)

2) Everyday car break in problems both front and back parking. Security cameras not working for several months.

3) Druggies comes in building easily. Not much security in this building because no property manager actually lives in the building so they never know the screaming from druggies we get most nights.

4) Bed bugs problem. They do not provide alternative accommodation if you get bed bugs.

5) Does not matter COVID or non Covid maintenance takes weeks, sometime months to fix the issue. Maintenance guy sometimes close the tickets without even fixing the issue. No way to reopen those tickets through same app where you log in tickets.

6) Snow removal - They are the last one in this area to plow the snow. Easy to find vehicles stuck in snow in the parking lot. Nearby rental apartments and condos work regularly to plow snow.

7) Old building structure, If you are not living on top floor, be ready to hear lots of stomping from upper floor.

8) Not sure why they don't provide management's work email address publicly. (May be because they don't want residents to have proof of the issues they are dealing with everyday)

If you are considering this place please ask resident who is living in this building for at least 3 years.
