I've been coming here for at least 8-9 years and the owner is so polite and nice which makes supporting local businesses easy as butter. other than the savory hot buns the sweet baked goods are very mild in sugar and still delicious.
Only thing I can ask is to add more bite sized items so I can get the for work.

Really good size Chinese restaurant if you have big parties. Decent food and portions. Been around for long time, so safe to visit. Plenty of parking and quite central. Whether it’s Dim Sum or dining, you can’t go wrong.

It’s a good tasty location. But they definitely need upgrades and renos. Unfortunately China town has been left behind/forgotten about, when it comes to aesthetics.

Had a fresh kingcrab . The meal was great. I qaa told 65 dollars a pound for the kingcrab. Paid the bill tipped well . Check the receipt, then realized I paid 70 dollars a pound. Works put to about 40 more dollars out of my pocket.

Not as busy as it once was, and it could use some renovations, but there are still a few good shops worth checking out (notably, the Chinese bakery, jewellery store, and the banquet restaurant upstairs)

Too bad the washrooms are no longer available to public. No wonder why this shopping area is dying. I'd rather go to Pacific Mall with better choices.
