The mall has definitely seen better days. It is still currently the largest mall in Arkansas, followed by McCainMall, in North Little Rock. The directory is not updated, and it still shows the restroom by the theater is still there. It is not. The security was looking laxidasical. One was looking at the floor while patrolling. It still has some pretty good stores in it. One I really enjoyed reminded me of Hastings. Do know that the mall is trying to bring life back into it.

Your bathrooms are disgusting. Only one set. Couldn't use the handicap. Not sure if they were out of order or just locked. No air conditioner in it. Used the family bathroom while the others were being "cleaned". There was urine everywhere. It was gross.

I’m not the one to ever write a review for a place but going to this mall made me do it. They closed the one public bathroom by JCPenney and the mall wants everybody to use the public bathroom in the food court. When my daughter and I walked all the way there, and the bathroom was completely disgusting. Toilets were clogged up, there was no toilet paper, and the bathroom door wouldn’t even close. Whoever is running this place is doing a horrible job and needs to find something else.

Great mall. Great stores. Security is on top of things keeping you safe from criminals. However, the restrooms are in desperate need of being repaired or replaced. The back set isn't even open anymore.

The public restrooms food court side is appalling. It reeks of urine like a porta-potty at a burning man festival. You can see fluid stains on every wall of every stall. The grout is straight black. Toilets are always wiped down but everything else is straight up not cleaned. Talk about doing the bare minimum.

Only got one star because of the staff and friendly store employees. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY AT ALL!! No baby changing stations in ANY restrooms. Nursing area is wide open where public can walk into. Caved in ceilings, flooded bathrooms, stained carpets to name a few. Plus the bathrooms only have a handful of working sinks AND stalls!! Only a couple of good stores, since they lost CandyCraze, Hallmark, Christopher and Banks, Motherhood Maternity, Malco Trio, Blazin Burrito, Sears, Uniq, and Gamestop!
Saw several dead roaches and a few alive ones just walking from store to store!

Would say that the mall is literally on its last leg.
