I have been living here since July 2005 and have enjoyed every bit of it. The location is so convenient to the subway and within striking distance of Mississagua transit too. I have had good relations with the management and they have been very helpful. They carry out frequent preventive maintenance and by and large the building is clean. Nice place to live in.

Since new management ( Sebastian and kate) took over, the building is spotless! You walk in the front doors and it smells great, they're always cleaning and keeping the mess of others in check! They're both very friendly and are quick to respond to any problems or maintenance issues. Definitely 5 stars for management

Feel duped by the manager.
So we've rented with Hollyburn earlier in Calgary (Stratton Oaks) - Lovely people, the best managers we've ever had.
Not so much the case here it seems. Recently moved to Toronto. Were on a waitlist with Central Park Place, so got an email of a one-room availability. Wife scheduled an appointment right away for early morning the next day, but when she reached there, she was told somebody came "late at night" and got the place!
Don't these people know the meaning of an appointment? How can this happen when we were prospected by them itself! When the office timing is till 7, how can somebody come late at night and book the place?

Absolutely love the new property managers , (Sebastien and Kate are fantastic) Friendly , Caring , Funny 🙂 , courteous and they have gone above and beyond to address any issues/concerns I had (promptly may I add) they are super and Hollyburn is lucky to have them , since they started they have done a 180 turnaround on the building and I see them cleaning every day , Extremely happy they are here . I'd give them 100 stars if I could 🙂 .

I am leaving after just over 2 years. Literally being run out of my place by roaches. Management is rude and I have only used the laundry room in the building a handful of times since I've lived there because the machines are disgusting. You can literally smell the mold as you walk by the laundry room and I've seen roaches crawling in and put of the washers

Have been living at Central Park Place for 3.5 years and had a good experience with both management and building. If I have any concerns management always answers the phone and helps right away! The building is clean and tidy.

The management is really bad , there are cockroaches in the apartment ...can't drink water from the tap.. The property manager is a bully, very rude (No respect to the Tenants ) ..Overall, I won't live there again and I won't recommend this place to anyone . (This my personal experience after one year living there )
