I think Centre Pointe Plaza is the best place to live in Regina. It’s a 20-floor building equipped with separate covered parking, a gym, and a multi-purpose room. I have been living here since December 2023, and my experience has been pretty good.

1. The apartment is big in size.
2. The bus stop is just 100 meters away.
3. There are two grocery centers near the building.
4. The top view is amazing.

They have their management office inside the building, and the staff ( Raj sir & team) is very supportive and always ready to help. The management is fair, follows all ethics, and provides support whenever required. I personally recommend you to be part of Centre Pointe Plaza.

I wouldn't recommend living here. The positives are that the apartments are relatively cheap and there is indoor parking. The indoor parking is by far the best part of this place. The building itself is an older building and requires continuous maintenance as would be expected. They offer 6, 8, and 12 month lease terms. The office staff is unreliable and tough to get a hold of. The office often closed during hours of operation and the landlord doesn't carry a work cellphone with her. The landlord will also unlawfully remove 150$ and 75$ from the security deposit without notice for "carpet cleaning " and "general cleaning" respectively. The security deposit will take 30 days to be returned as it has to comes from the head office in Seatle. Lastly there's cockroaches in the building...

We’ve just signed the lease and the second we got here….Laurissa(leasing superstar) got us filled with all information needed and we were, that’s how, able to move in within 3 days only…..so she’s great and you are gonna have a good talk with her whenever you come around🫡✌️

Though, my car got broken into in the very first week and I had to spend my own money to fix it. Just be careful.

Management is so rude. Specially the lady who sits in the office is so freaking arrogant. She has no humanity for anyone. I had a delivery one day and there was snow storm going on that day. And somehow the main door was open so he was just standing between the two doors . He didn’t even enter the building. So she started yelling at him and she yelled at my friend also who came down to pickup the parcel that why can’t you come downstairs early enough to not let the delivery person enter the building. First of all.. we don’t get any delivery time when the parcel is gonna get delivered. So there is no need to yell at people. You should have a better security than accusing for going the building when the guy is just doing his job.

This place has lots of potential if money were invested into it a bit more. The ladies in the property management office are nice. However, I would not recommend this place due to safety issues, pest (roaches), biohazards, false fire alarms, etc... I moved into this place April 2023 and I am already breaking lease and moving out December 2023. My vehicle was vandalized ($4,500 in damages) in the parking garage on the rooftop. The parking garage has no camera system installed; but I knew this already. Since parking in the garage is part of the sales pitch, one would think of the peace of mind in the idea of not having your vehicle out in the elements, theft, vandalism, or motor vehicle incidents; but, this is not the case. I am just glad a person was not injured because this kid vandalized several other vehicles as well that night and there are some tenets that arrive home late. Again, the staff is overly ok; but a response of "crime could happen anywhere", when I told them I am breaking lease, pissed me off even more as that is not really the point. Based on past reviews, it would appear that these incidents have happened often before (even though I was told this do not happen often); so, I kind of wish I would have read the reviews prior to leasing. The roaches I mentioned earlier was not a problem until the 19th floor suffered moderate flooding and they had to remove the hallway walls and repair a few affected rooms. Living on the 19th floor I thought would be great regarding the view of the city and tranquility; but I barely used the balcony due to all the roof shingles, pigeon waste, and old pigeon nest that would cover the patio during a strong wind or rain (especially rain). The worst view is looking outside your bedroom window to see globs of nastiness hanging from the balcony and literally covering the BBQ, patio furniture, etc: very nasty. The least of my concern is the fire alarms. The false alarms are an issue and will one day cause some serious injuries. Many of the tenets do not leave their apartment during a fire alarm. There is a lot of elderly people in this building and it's too late to evacuate if a tenet waits to smell or see smoke because the building fire alarm is unreliable. My only final remark to anyone considering moving in is please read the reviews first. I strongly believe if I did, I would have made a different choice.

I am coming up on 5 years living in this building. The office staff are an outstanding team, always very professional and always greet with a smile and cheerful hello when you walk by the office. The maintenance staff are very professional. Put in a request to have my dishwasher looked at as it has a small leak. I am getting a new dishwasher!!!! I am so excited. Anytime I have had an issue, it is looked after promptly and professionally. Only issue I have is other tenants who spill in the elevator and don't clean it up. I guess they are used to there mom's doing everything for them. I would and have recommended this building to family and friends.

Not a lot of positive can be said about living here, other than the convenience of the location and the gym.
The place was in mediocre shape when I moved in, - scuffs on the stucco wall, white spray paint on the screen door, no fan in the bathroom.
The fire alarm in the building goes off ALL the time, walking down 18 flights of stairs with your child in the middle of the night gets VERY old very fast.
The water to the building is constantly being shut off.
There is no visitor parking available.
The pigeons will take over your balcony and destroy everything you own.

THEN, get this. When I am moving out, I take 2 days to clean everything to a MUCH BETTER state than it was when i moved in and when I get my closing statement, they tell me they needed 4 hours to clean it after I did (which they charged me for) AND they charged me for filling any nail holes and a fresh coat of paint!! (which is usually assumed that every tenant hangs pictures - i have never been charged to have these holes filled!!!)

Sketchy people from downtown are in the building on occasion as well, plus they left the garage door open one night and did NOT send out a notice to any of the tenants and a bunch of our cars got broken into.

Also, the staff turnover rate happens frequently and to the point where they do not know the tenants.
WOULD NOT recommend Centre Pointe Plaza.

Unsafe place , our cars broke in 3 times when it was in parkade we have to pay 700$ for car’s windshield and there is no guarantee if it’s not break in again next days. there are mice and cockroaches in our apartment , office stuff sent pest control ,but still have pest .
Every day you can see homeless people in front of entrance door .
New update :
Our car and some of our neighbours was broke in last night again, this is the third time in the last couple months.
Office does not care about this ,parkade cost 80$ monthly but No security and useless “camera security “, we also called police they just give us file number .
every morning I wake up and wants to drop off my son to daycare I am not sure if I can use my car or it’s brake in during night again .this building costs you much more than you think ,emotionally and financially
