Cody was my Mortgage broker for my first home purchase. He was amazing. He met all my needs. Super quick to respond when I had questions. When the bank was being difficult he was able to fix the situation flawlessly and on top of everything he got me one of the best rates going right now! (My lawyer saw the rate and said it was the best one he’s seen lately!) couldn’t recommend him enough! Wouldn’t have my dream home with out him!

Ashleigh is so great! Took me through the process of buying my house step by step and was there to help me and answer questions along the way. So convenient to be able to communicate any questions through email and text. Ashleigh is very knowledgeable in her field which made everything very straight forward and fast! It was so stress free knowing I had a mortgage broker with my best interest at heart and there were no surprises when it came to closing on my house. Working with Ashleigh has been such a great experience! Not only was she extremely helpful, but knowledgeable, efficient, patient, very hard working and dedicated. She goes above and beyond what is required of her! She took the time to explain everything in depth and ensured we understood what she was saying. She always made sure our our questions were answered. Ashleigh was very flexible working with what seems like our forever changing schedules, she worked on our time and even worked with us after her long work day was long over! She was willing to work with us, whichever was easiest for us! Wherever and whenever that was. Ashleigh put in so much work and literally gave us every option possible, having a rental and new property with multiple other options. She is extremely dedicated and helpful.
