Agents and manager are unprofessional. Put our trust an agent that said she knew what she was doing. She said she was going to be going to Vegas but not to worry she will deal with everything when she got back. She said she would keep in contact with the agent of the house that we were interested in buying. She then went to Vegas. We kept trying to contact her to see what was going on and finally got a response that we had an appointment on Wednesday to see it. While she was gone she kept sending us other homes which didn’t make any sense to us. On Tuesday going into the bank..the agent called us and sounded still drunk. She said the place had been sold! We were devastated. Tried calling the agent of the house she was supposed to have dealt with and found out he knew nothing about us., she had never contacted him. . Even the manager acted like he was above us and the complaint call was a nuisance, He promised to call us back but never did. Century 21 needs to go out of business. They have no ethics and do not care who they hurt. 2727 St Moritz Abbotsford!! Our home you lost!!

Never trust this Realtor. My closing was in June 2023. I am still waiting for this dishonest person’s false promises and now he blocked my and my friend’s phone numbers.
