Century 21 is not professional and I give a rating of 1. They claim their success comes from providing a high level of service their marketing knowledge and are dedicated to serve clients with a serious commitment.

My experience was totally to the contrary.

I asked Harold Matthews to list my property in May..I chose this month as it was spring and the housing market was favorable.. Selling and purchasing a home is the biggest decision one will ever make. I chose Harold as my realtor because of his years of experience selling and living in the Ingersoll community.

Starting with the listing, details were incorrectly stated for over two weeks, blaming the new office staff as the cause.
3 days after it was listed, Harold chased me down in my laneway on my way to work and told me the house was priced too high and wanted me to drop the price after the realtor open house. I complied and reduced the price.
He then relisted the house as a new listing and had an open house. The listing details were still incorrect. So feedback from prospective buyers was misleading wasting everyone's time.
The for sale sign was placed between two trees making it less visible to traffic as the trees bloomed in the spring.

Almost two weeks passed with no showings and by checking the MLS ad I realized there was no ad to b found. Contacting Harold, he stated that there was a storm and some of the MLS listings were dropped. This was totally false. Due to a data entry error made by Harold reversing the day and month in the new listing, he in fact cancelled the new MLS listing. I called the Realtor board and they confirmed the error.
I called century 21 to come get their sign off my lawn. When I came home from work the sign and lock box were gone and my HOUSE KEY was taped to my door! Allowing access by anyone.

There was no apology for any of the wrong doings.
There was no serious commitment as they claim.
There was no accountability on the part of century 21.

This is not the kind of professionalism I signed up for and CANCELLED THE CONTRACT. I gave a rating of 1 instead of a zero because of the photographer did an amazing job.

We dealt with 2 realators from the Thamesford office: Tammy Betzner and Bob Lunney. Both lacked any kind of actual customer care or regard for the situation. When you are involved in one of the biggest decisions and purchases in someones life you really should have more concern for your client, not just getting your commissions. On top of that maybe these agents should take a look at how other companies work and see what proper marketing looks like instead of bare minimum. We were given a better marketing package and overall experience from someone else before they even stepped on the property. Being condescending, ignorant and having your own agenda with someone you are potentially going to be earning quite a lot for not doing very much really isn't a great way to go about this business. Last I checked you are employed by the sellers and buyers and it is your job to give proper services to them. I will definitely never buy or sell anything with this office, unfortunately one was bad enough but two in a row? Will also deter anyone I know from using their "services". There were things wrong on the listing from day one that were never changed,false accusations and flat out lies. Absolutely disgusting so called professionalism. I would give it negative stars if I could.
Also respect is earned Bob,not a right of passage. It goes both ways.
Update: Bob has now contacted my boyfriend's divorce lawyer to threaten a defamation lawsuit against me if I do not remove my post and apologize. I am fortunate to live in a country where I have freedom of speech. Everything I said is my opinion and fact which I have proof of. Google reviews or any other forum is there for people to post their experiences with businesses and services. As someone who has ran businesses and worked decades in customer service, you get reviews and feedback based on the services you provide people, and if your services and overall experience with them are not satisfactory then they have every right to state that. Myself nor anyone else should not be bullied into keeping quiet about negative experiences with a service provider.
