While discussing on pricing,she does personal attacks.
Ideally an agent should discuss with the client.I was about to raise my offer but she called me a low baller blah blah .
A basic communication training should be provided before any person becomes a realtor.
A realtor should be really professional in dealing with people.

There is a rare category of professional who makes you feel as if you are sincerely their #1 priority; one that you feel is giving you their best work, their best service, and their best effort.  Steve Stavrev is at the top of that category.

Being evicted from our then-residence (due to landlord reclamation) during an international pandemic and trying to find a decent place in less than 30 days with 'meh' credit had the potential of being a nightmare scenario. You can almost hear some realtors stifle a laugh when you tell them you have anything less than a 700 credit score. But as grim as the circumstances could have been, Steve treated our $1800 rental search as if it were a $1,000,000 home sale. Not only did we find a 'decent' place - out of all the places my partner and I have lived, this one calls most to us as 'home'. Your home sets the stage for every action you take and decision you make. The actions Steve took to get us here have given us a beautiful, unique, and unmatched setting for the foreseeable future of our live's adventures. We will always owe a small debt and carry a tremendous gratitude to Herr Stavrev.
