Nesreen MacDonald from Century 21 Leading was the realtor we chose to work with to sell our condo in Edmonton and purchase our home outside of the city. Nesreen MacDonald was knowledgeable about Edmonton, Spruce Grove and Stony Plain, Alberta, housing market (including helping to make suggestions on a lawyer, inspection company and more). She responded to all of our questions in a timely manner and helped to explain the real estate jargon in a way that was clear and more easily digestible for those not familiar to the inner workings of the industry (which was much appreciated considering our condo was our first home and we had never sold before). Nesreen MacDonald did her best to be always available to meet for showings (she even would pre-visit some homes and video the inside {where appropriate}). We never felt pushed into buying a certain home, she was very considerate of our needs and was great at checking in with us repeatedly through the whole process (especially when the market was HOT). We love our home and the memories we formed while searching for it. 10/10 would recommend Nesreen MacDonald as a realtor.

Arlie and his assistant, Michelle, were stellar in assisting in the sale of my friend’s home this summer. Clayton was everything we could have asked for in a realtor. Very friendly and available by text & calls, day/ night /weekend.

kerry is the most unprofessional real estate person I've ever met. he was to lazy to give a 2nd showing to a home one of my military relocates was interested in. he literally gave me the keys and said go on your own.
once they did buy it they had one issue, the pictured fire pit was gone and replaced with a semi rim and kerry just said it's not his problem.
beware selling or buying with kerry as he has clearly demonstrated a total disregard for the real estate code.. !!

Horrible brokerage to deal with and would give 0 stars if that were an option. The broker is a bully and the realtor that we dealt with is not knowledgeable about the basics of real estate. We are currently working with a lawyer because they are refusing to sign off on a cancellation which is holding up our house sale and interfering with us buying our new property. They don't care about anyone but themselves and their bank account, and they don't care what they do to get money from people. Absolutely horrific experience.

Worst experience ever!!! Do not do any business with Kerry the owner ever. This man has been holding my house ransom for over 4 week now demanding fees for cancellation of contract with no proof or explanation. We have had lawyers involved now for 3 weeks and he still refuses to cooperate.
