I've lived in a single detached home managed by C21 Queenswood for four years, and have been very satisfied with the service and our relationship. The property managers and maintenance team are always polite, available, friendly and easy to talk to. Any concerns I have about the house or property are dealt with promptly, e.g. furnace maintenance, plumbing issues, trimming tree branches away from wires. They're awesome, and I feel totally good about a 5/5 recommendation.

New maintenance system MELD recently implemented. Had kitchen counter and sink replaced. Setting up times with the carpenter, Sam and plumber, Max went smoothly. Century 21 has been a good Property Management team. Team member Cal (Property Manager) was so caring and is missed since his sudden death. We regret not telling Century 21 how much we appreciated Cal. We were lucky to get Jim as his replacement. We always get a quick response to any of our concerns.

Dealing with Century 21 in comparison with other property management companies - was beyond delightful. They were given a difficult portfolio of a poorly built high rise in Victoria and dealt with issues best they could. Even when something was beyond their control, they were pleasant and professional. I miss them.

We dealt with Katie directly, and she was friendly, professional and readily available when we needed her. If she wasn’t around, she was quick to letting us view units at our leisure and time in order to make a decision. Very accommodating.

Even after being our property manager she continues to help us find alternative living situations and help with our previous agreements. Nothing like having someone know the fine print and educate you accordingly.

If you’re considering renting from Century 21- take my word, DO IT. My partner and I are hoping to do dealings with them again soon.
