We have worked with Sarah Sullivan for almost a decade. She helped us sell our first home and buy our dream home. She found our dream home in an area that we hadn't considered, but boy are we happy with the result.

When it came time to move again, we had zero reservation working with Sarah. She had her professional photographers take pictures of our home, while following COVID protocols for our safety and comfort. She advised us professionally on the listing price of our home and scheduled three days of showings (hot market). Our home sold in those three days with Sarah guiding us along every step. Our house sold in March 2021.

She kept is informed and educated and most importantly calm.

We are moving to a different province, otherwise we would work with Sarah on the purchase of our new home.

Lee helped my dream come true. I was an out of province buyer unfamiliar with the NS system. 😡 For weeks now Eric Noel has been texting & leaving voice mails at 8:00am during the week and weekends. Trying to ignore his pesting as he wants to be the agent who helps buy a home for us. We never asked for this and have not responded back once but yet he keeps harrassing. We are not wanting ANY more contact (this includes an apology) from him moving forward or this issue will escalate beyond this review! I'm wanting this review left up for others are aware of his unprofessional behaviour that should be reported.
