Where do I begin?! She is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is constantly working for you. From the very first time that we reached out to her, she answered immediately and continued to be there for us every step of the way.

She really cares about her clients. Peggy is quick to respond, thorough, professional, extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. She is not pushy at all. Never felt rushed. Peggy took the time to explain everything and has excellent referrals (i.e. home inspector, lawyer).

She always let us know when a new property came on the market and got us in right away to see it. For every showing, she was organized and prepared with print outs of the cut sheet plus all available information on the property for our review. We always felt well educated and prepared.

When we were unable to visit a property in person, Peggy and her partner Dave sprang into action and went to the house to do a walk through on our behalf. Dave was great at taking videos and describing the details of the house (the good and the bad!)
