The apartment is good, house is good, but management gets 1 star, Linda Boychuk was the person responsible for our move in, - we moved in 2 weeks ago and were expecting important mail, mail couldn’t be delivered and the reason is that staff hasn’t removed “vacant” cartoon from our mailbox nor mentioned that we should do it…. Ridiculous and unprofessional

No clear directions on parking times. Way overpriced at $6 / hour. Can NOT contact anyone because they do not pick up. Does it make sense to have an LRT without parking, or parking fees are just as expensive as parking downtown? Only in Edmonton, folks.
