When we planned to move to usa we were worried how we will be managing our home as rental property. After talking to few property management companies we found Joven from Cervantage Property Management. We called him and while talking we felt good that he has knowledge, good reviews as well. When we met him we felt yes we got the right person. He suggested us how we should plan, how market is , what is best choice for us and yes most important who is the right tenant.
