Love the design of this place, This mall is my childhood mall and I always love to visit it and take in the scenerys. I like miniature gardens placed out in the Dillard's wing, as someone with a passing interest in architectural design I adore this mall. It sees a lot of foot traffic and has a pretty decent variety of shops and restaurants and even a gym, karate place and golf. If you're someone who's passing through I recommend going to this place and seeing what it has to offer.

They have a great sign & sticker shop in the Dillard's wing! Has hundreds of signs and thousands of stickers. It's called Car Craze gas & gifts. The sticker bandit is inside with all the stickers. Has classic retro signs & pop culture decals and collectibles. Also has light up bar and man cave signs! Oh and retro soda & candy too!

Aladdin's Rug Store and All Things Catholic are the most random stores to have in a mall.

Sun ceilings and live plants adorn this mall and create a peaceful, natural atmosphere.

First of all, to get to the mall you have to probably come up or down Academy which is a mess. Pot holes and poor condition of that road for years is a terrible reflection Colorado Springs. Did U say terrible reflection? The parking lot of the mall is even worse! What a war zone with pot holes and chunks out everywhere. I'm sure the mall owner won't maintain the parking lot as they are probably not making enough money with all the empty spaces in the mall. Most of the major stores in the mall have one entrance with other entrances closed. I would assume to try and control shop lifting? Brand new apartments surrounding the mall but who would want to live around such a mess? Is this the best Colorado Springs can do? Only other mall is Citadel mall on the other side of town. That mall is "off limits" to military personnel due to high crime. Wow!! Very sad that this is the best such a beautiful city us able to provide.

Great place to get out of the hot/cold weather and kill some time walking around! Good variety of stores found at typical malls. The food court has a nice open air patio that looks over the parking lot and has a good selection of different places that you can eat. Parking is a little crazy around the holidays but usually you can find a spot and not have to walk too far.

It's another Mall. Indoor shopping med grade stores, refreshing change to Citadel mall. Great location, kid friendly a bit far for people south of the city. Not sure if always worth trip unless you have purpose. Clean and open food court slim choices.

I keep wishing Chapel Hills Mall would be the premier place for shopping in Colorado Springs. However there is constant turnover. Especially in the food court. Only three or four of the restaurants seem to last any time at all.
- Parking is always easy.
- The movie theater there is nice.
- Sadly there's no real sit-down restaurants in the mall itself.
- Appropriately clean for a mall Mall. The bathrooms could use a little work however.
- I wish they would bring some more premier name clothing stores.
