Absolutely the worst condo manager ever. Have been going on 3 months of them ignoring my emails over a simple buzzer issue. I've been blocked by the workers they hire to do work in the condo- they took my window screen and refused to replace and just blocked my phone number when I tried to get it back. I could go on and on, but literally your property is better managed by ~*your trust and faith in the lord~* then charan property management.

I found my experience living in one of Charan Property Management apartments was very pleasant. Things were fixed on a timely manner if needed and also I found that if there were any issues it was dealt with immediately. Wonderful people to deal with in the office.

Moved in Jan 2024, called the property management on three (3) separate occasions in order to select a secondary parking spot. Never heard back once, they seem to be a revolving door with staffing.

A new girl called today to charge us $350 for a parking spot we have never used/had. The paperwork is at least 6 months behind. Apparently nobody has time to call back or you take a 50/50 shot with their local number and hope you get someone because they won’t call back. (They did rectify this just to be clear)

Have had my back window smashed in as well as a few other tenants, around the second month we moved in (I am aware thats an issue city wide) however they don’t care.

“Make a report” yeah but what are you as a property management company going to do to help resolve the underlying issues of poor lighting and zero security cameras in the parking lot. We have Regina’s finest in and around the garbages and hanging around the area. Spend $350 on Amazon and buy a few cameras I’ll even let you use my prime.

Oh and the glass from all the windows smashed is still all over the pot hole filled parking lot. That kids and animals run around.

Don’t blame the landlord, tons of them are great. Blame Charan Property Management for poor management and organization. The people are for the most part are awesome that utilize them as a management. Neighbours are great.

Don’t count on them for anything and protect your belongings and family if you so choose to use them.

And to Charon directly, I am blown away at the incompetency as a management company to do ANY managing. Like working at McDonalds and not being able to use a microwave.

Thanks Trina！！The best property manager！Yesterday I had my pipe leaking, I thought it was emergency I called Charan at night for help, Trina was the one who gave me professional help. It was fixed really quick, the contracter came to my home also very friendly and nice. Thanks Charan！ Thanks Trina！

Completely useless management company. Good for nothing when it comes to service but will always be there to get money out of your pocket. Really had a very bad experience with them. Would want to give zero stars but unfortunately system do not allow that.

I lived almost 3.5 years at Eastgate Regina and my experience with Charan property management has been awesome. They are truly professional and always respond immediately if you have anything to get fixed. Work is always done by professional contractors. They did some work for me on immediate basis within 1-2 hours which really means a lot to me and provides an understanding how much they care for their tenants. I would like to express my gratitude to every member of Charan Property Management, bigs thanks to each individual.

Worst company i have ever dealt with, took 5 phone calls over 8 days to get my heating fixed. I (and others) have no power at my parking stall and was basically told there is nothing they can do. They have stopped answering the phone when i call. Extremely unprofessional.
