I am very pleased with Charles’ service in a recent transaction. I have a pre-sale unit for assignment. Charles helped me advertising through his PREC website and diligently emailed over 10,000 realtors in Greater Vancouver through his contact lists. The results are amazing. Within a week many realtors replied to him and that resulted in 3 potential buyers. A deal reached in 10 days and he followed up for all paperwork with developer, buyer’s realtor etc to ensure developer approval in place. He also referred me to a lawyer with reasonable legal fee. Overall I am happy to have chosen Charles!

I'm a tenant in an apartment that he is showing for my landlords.

He gave my phone number to a prospective tenant without my consent so they could call when they got here. I can buzz people in if they use the four digit code on the intercom of the building, so I'm not sure why giving out my personal phone number was necessary, but I do know it was HIGHLY inappropriate and unprofessional.

We agreed to a 7 pm showing over 24 hours in advance. He texted me the day of the showing at 5:41 pm to advise that he had also scheduled people at 6:30 pm and 6:45 pm. I hadn't made plans to be at the apartment until 7 as agreed upon and didn't see anything wrong with it when I told him it was unprofessional and inappropriate.

He scheduled these showings and didn'tshow up for them. The expectation apparently was that I would show the apartment. Quite frankly, I'm thankful that I wasn't attacked, but I definitely didn't feel comfortable or safe. I had assumed that, being a realtor, he would show the apartment to prospective tenants. Regardless, it is not my responsibility or job to do so. My only legal requirement is that the apartment be available. I don't even have to be here, but I feel obligated to supervise given the fruit theft this realty company participated in over the summer from another rental unit.

My favourite agent by far, was able to sell our condo within the week it was listed at a resonable price, and was able to find us a new home to move in as well! Definitely recommend. He will go the extra mile to help out!
