Charlie was an amazing Realtor showing Honest work and truly providing the best service for clients in the Metro Van area.

As someone from Toronto, I don't know the area to make enough informed decisions about where and when to buy.
As a first time home buyer as well, I will be completely honest with the fact that I had absolutely No clue what I was doing...

Charlie here helped me by both walking me through the entire process step by step from exploring to ultimately buying my first property!

Through his years of experience, he was also able to provide me with strong references of people needed along the way (Mortgage agents + Lawyers etc) These people ultimately helped me make really educated decisions with my property and were also kind enough to walk through the process on their ends as well!

At the end of the day, I finally settled on a property of my own. It was an amazing experience from start to finish and I could't recommend Charlie enough!

He will remain in my contacts for the future for any future properties later down the road!
