I would give this dealership -5 stars if I could. They are incompetent and accept no responsibility. Originally brought my RAV 4 in several months ago for squeaking of the brakes and front light replacement. $3800 later, went to pick it up and the whole car shook immediately and several bolts and screws loose under the hood. They provided a rental, after having to literally demand one, and took a few more days to “fix” it. Since that point, it has been brought in two more times because despite brake replacements and various other “recommended” repairs, it has continued to squeak pretty consistently, loudly enough to get others attention. Yet another complaint was filed, and we brought it in again earlier this week. They said the back brakes again need replacement and wouldn’t cover it. Then, we were going to pick it up today after getting the repair and they called this morning stating that someone had hit my car on THEIR property in THEIR possession and the only part they would play in rectifying this was to provide us with the persons ins info. The rest is on us. Literally, NO apology, NO accountability, nothing! And this is after going through months and months of driving a car they kept insisting had no issues yet is constantly squeaking, management having literally no regard for these incidents, one of the times stating, “oh yea, well sometimes brakes just always squeak” and consistently chewing loudly while on the phone, passing the call on to others instead of addressing the problem, and LAUGHING in the background while listening to our concerns!
At this point, I don’t even want to deal with even picking up my poor car! I am beyond livid at the complete incompetence and will be SURE to spread the word on every platform possible to warn others about THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!
