We just bought a house in Chatham with Bill and he was fantastic.
He was extremely quick in responding to my text messages the entire time.
He was very organized; getting us to about 12 houses each day and handing us a print out of each listing.
He was very professional throughout the process; leting us form our own opinions about the house while only stating facts and never trying to "sell it to us".
His experience was extremely helpful as well. One house we liked early on, he noticed had aluminum wiring so we moved on after doing our own research. When deciding between two houses, he reminded us that our young daughter will be a teenager and eventually want her own space. One house was a single story open concept ranch, and there would be none for her. This was huge in helping us make the right decision for our family's future, because we were thinking of a house for now, not later. I can't thank Bill enough for bringing that up while we were caught up in other things.
Once we had decided on the house, Bill worked to get us a great price very quickly, everything was done within 24hrs. He even walked through the house the night before closing since we couldn't be there and let us know everything was good to go.
I cannot recommend Bill enough, I am so happy we worked with him!
