I cannot say enough good things about Chelsey. I had a very unreasonable timeline and Chelsey worked hard to make it happen for me. Friendly, reliable, professional yet made the process of looking at homes enjoyable. Chelsey was so on top of things and made my experience so much easier. She was very honest and assisted with putting things into perspective. I had Chelsey assist me with finding someone to sell my home in Saskatchewan and will use her for all my future sales and/or purchases. I will also be recommending her to all friends and family. Everyone Chelsey put me in touch with was incredible also (lawyer, inspector). With Chelsey you will get results. I cannot thank this lady enough for all she did for me!

Our first time selling and buying our home was extremely stressful. We had started the process with a previous Realtor and almost gave up. After I reached out to Chelsey the rest was a breeze. Chelsey was/is the best! She was patient, communicative, and always so positive to work with! She started showing me houses in April, and finally in September she helped me find my dream home! Over the months of viewing Chelsey was extremely accommodating to my hectic work/travel schedule, and always made sure to fit viewings in, even when I requested to see places with less than 12 hours notice! I always felt like she made time for me, never rushed me, and had I not had her as a realtor with her great advice, and patience, I may have actually purchased a home that prior to this one, that wasn’t perfect for me! I was ready to settle as I was getting tired of looking, but Chelsey’s positive attitude and great advice encouraged me to keep looking!
During the process of submitting an offer and purchasing, she guided me through step by step, being mindful of my anxiety and stress! She helped with the booking of inspections, lawyers, and mortgage broker, all while I was travelling and hard to reach!
Upon possession the home was left a tad dirty, and Chelsey quickly offered to have it professionally cleaned!
I honestly can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Chelsey, and I would recommend her to anyone purchasing/selling a new home!
