Cheyenne was super kind and helpful! As a first time home buyer the process was intimidating but she made it much easier, she has many connections and truly wants you to have an easy going experience with all the people and steps involved. We looked at SO many houses, I honestly feel bad but she was super patient and not scared to go into any of the sketchy basements. She actually looked and 'inspected' every house and gave good pros and cons of each. Identifying if there could be potential problem areas. She got to know my interests to suggest layouts that would suit me personally. Even with my low budget she still took me on which I truly appreciate because there were so many hiccups and I couldn't imagine it with a different agent, she's super kind and just wants the best. I had a hiccup with the approval and she provided good suggestions. Hiccup with my broker, and she gave me a new broker that got me approved in 2 days (I didn't listen to her recommendation at first). She checks up on me now and then and she definitely cares and wants you to find the best place!

I worked with Cheyenne twice. The first time as a buyer, the 2nd time as a seller. The first experience was smooth enough although I noticed a nosiness about my personal life.
