CHI Real Estate Group goes above and beyond in their community and supports the growth of future leaders in the hospitality industry. As a professor at George Brown College, we have partnered with Ori and Kristin on several instances to create an interactive, informative and fun learning experience for our students. Mark Parmegiani is a super star commercial agent. He helped us find a prime location based on our unique requirements. He also helped us to navigate the turbulent waters of the most unprecedented time with COVID 19 during our commercial lease negotiations. He was very responsive and gave us some great advice. If there was ever a possibility of giving more than 100% while working on a deal, Mark would find a way.

Worked with Ryan, nice guy but watch him. He sends paperwork through using DocuSign online program and it tells you where to click to have your signature automatically placed, but doesn't tell you he extends your contracts, which is illegal. Did iot once, I caught him the second time and admitted to it with excuses and then asked if he should put it back to original date. He is not professional in the ways of keeping things in confidence or private listings. Worst Experience ever using a realtor. Watch YouTube soon for recorded conversations.
