Just giving a rating based on the excellent human beings there. My car broke down in their parking lot Today and I don't know much about cars at all. I went and talked to the parts people Hailey and Taryn to see if they knew a good towing company and they immediately went to the back and started asking the mechanics if they can help out. AJ, Kevin, and a couple others took turns running diagnostics on my vehicle and figured out my starter was pooched, there was nothing more they could do but the fact they all stopped what they were doing to help someone in need is not something you see everyday. These people are great!

Chinook Equipment has been absolutely wonderful to deal with! They helped us tremendously to maneuver our path out of a tough bind when our loader burnt...they were able to take on this challenge and fix it for us when other companies would not even consider the project...because of their in-depth knowledge and extensive years of experience, they came through for us under difficult circumstances...they absolutely know their stuff! And on top of that, they were also very accommodating to us as a small business which has been very much appreciated! Thanks so much for going above and beyond 🙂

Called to rent a E-32 excavator @ 61" wide, Shane told me it's been replaced with an E-35, I asked if it's the same size he said yes just more horse power, shows up at 69" wide, only had 66" on the one side of my house so did not fit for half the job. Rate also says per day on there website, used it for 10 hrs 1 day and get charged for 1.5 days as there day is considered 8 hours and 2 hrs is rounded to half a day, but none of that is disclosed, if had the right size excavator could've been easier to move around the other side of the house to begin with. Tried calling about the issue Shane just told me it should've been the same size? Should've and was are definitely not the same. Googling the specs clearly tells you it is not which I should've done instead of taking his word, and been sent a contract to have the details of per day is only 8 hours of use. Mean while 15 min is used warming up, 20 min is used offloading and having him drive down my alley while last time the guy drove it right to my back gate and then the same when came to pick it up. More like 6.75 hrs of use in your 8 hour day.

We use Chinook to work on our trucks and trailers. They are great to deal with and always give great service. We also deal with Chinook hauling their equipment around. They always give us great instructions on what we are hauling who it is for and directions.
